1.1. Bookings are confirmed once a 50% deposit of the booking price is taken.
1.2. The full balance is due 7 days before the party date. At this time numbers, theme and any extras will be confirmed. After this time changes cannot be made.
1.3. The cost includes delivery, set up and collection the following day.
1.4. The hire period is 1 night however extra nights can be arranged with prior agreement with Manx TeePees
1.5. All TeePees and equipment must not be used outdoors, (Indoor Use Only)
1.6. All prices are subject to change. Prices quoted at time of booking will be honoured.
2.1. Bookings can be changed up to 14 days before the original date and changes must be mutual between the customer and Manx TeePees. This is subject to availability of dates and themes already booked.
2.2. For bookings cancelled within 14 days of the party event Manx Teepees will charge the hirer 50% of their total package price.
2.3 There will be no refunds given for cancelations made within 4 days of the event.
3.1. The hirer must be present at the agreed time for set up and collection of the equipment.
3.2. The hirer is responsible for ensuring adequate indoor space. The space required per teepee / mattress
*TeePee - 117cm x 114cm x104cm
*Mattress - 185cm x 76cm
The space required is to ensure the safety of the children moving in and around the area.
3.3. Manx TeePees will not refund in full or in part the monies paid in the event that adequate space is not available to set up the equipment.
3.4. The hirer must ensure that the sleepover area is free of furniture prior to our arrival and is clean (dirt and dust free). Area must be ready for the equipment to be set up.
Manx TeePees is not responsible for the removal of furniture to enable the party to be set up. Any delay in the start time because of this will result in a £25 waiting fee being charged.
3.5. The hirer is responsible for all equipment while in their care.
3.6. All equipment should be left set up untill Manx Teepees arrived to take down and pack-up.
The hirer is accountable for any damage caused to the equipment during the heir period.
4.1. Any damage to the equipment will result in additional charges. This includes stains to teepee, bedding, blankets and cushions.
4.2. Damaged or missing items additional invoice will be issued for immediate payment upon collection.
Cost to replace the damaged, stained or missing items as follows:
4.3. To avoid accidents, we ask that food and drink are not to be consumed inside the teepee and any nail varnish that may have been applied is completely dry. If children/guest are wearing any sort of makeup, we would ask that this be removed before getting into bed.
4.4. Smoking is strictly prohibited in and around the equipment as this creates a fire hazard and to prevent smoke odour on the equipment. If found then the equipment will all need to be professionally cleaned and will result in additional fees.
4.5. We kindly ask that pets be kept well away from the equipment at all times.
4.6. All equipment is for indoor use only & should not be used out doors.
4.7. To prevent any damage to the equipment, we ask the hirer will not dismantle/take down the Teeppes or equipment until Manx TeePees arrive for collection.
5.1. It is the responsibility of the hirer to ensure that anyone using the equipment are at a suitable age and properly supervised at all times whilst using the equipment. The hirer is responsible for the care and safety of all people present.
5.2. Manx TeePees are not responsible for the care and safety of the children/guests and cannot be held responsible for any injury caused to a child/guest whilst using the equipment.
5.3. Manx TeePees accept no responsibility to damage to the hirers home or possessions while the equipment is on hire.
5.4. It is the hirers responsibility to inform guests accordingly to these Terms and Conditions.
5.5. No naked flames or fire is to be used in or around the surrounding area of the equipment.
5.6. It is the hirers responsibility to ensure the contents provided in the party bags are suitable and age appropriate for children/guest. (Party bags & content are provided free of charge with each teepee)
6.1. Please advise us in advance if a child has an allergy to bedding or a particular washing soap so we can discuss options with you.
6.2. We use quality products and follow strict hygiene routines.
Manx TeePees shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, or death that may occur during as a result of the teepee sleepover event.
By proceeding with the Teepee sleepover booking, the hirer acknowledges and agrees to abide by these terms and conditions set forth by Manx TeePees.
